FAQ

  • How far in advance should I buy my gown?

It's recommended to start shopping within 2 years of your wedding. We recommend purchasing your gown roughly 9-12 months before your wedding day. This allows ample time for ordering, alterations, and any necessary adjustments to ensure the perfect fit and time for shipping!

  • What is the price range of your wedding gowns?

Our wedding gowns range from approximately $2,000 to $6,000, with options across a variety of designers and styles. We offer a range of price points to fit different budgets while maintaining exceptional quality and design.

  • Do I need an appointment to try on dresses?

Yes, we require scheduling an appointment to ensure that we can give you the personalized attention you deserve! This also allows us to prepare for your visit and ensure we have the gowns you’d like to try on ready.

  • How long is my bridal appointment?

Bridal appointments are scheduled for 1 hour and 30 minutes. We are always happy to schedule follow-up appointments and never want our brides to feel rushed. We know this is a huge moment and want you to feel prioritized!

  • How long is my accessory appointment?

Accessory appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes. Accessories can make your look really come to life! We allow you time to look and have the full attention of one of our stylists!

  • What sizes do your wedding dresses come in?

We carry wedding gowns in a variety of sizes, typically ranging from 4-20 in stock to try on. If these aren’t your sizes, don’t worry! We have many ways to show you the desired look by adding fabric and clipping your gown tight. Many of our designers also offer custom sizing options to ensure a perfect fit for every bride!

  • How long does it take to receive my wedding dress after ordering?

Most wedding gowns take around 4-6 months to arrive after ordering. However, certain designers may offer rush orders for an additional fee, or we may have available gowns in our boutique that you can purchase off-the-rack if you need something sooner.

  • What should I bring to my appointment?

It’s helpful to bring any undergarments or shapewear you plan to wear on your wedding day, as well as underwear that you’re comfortable in (underwear is required to try on wedding gowns). Also, feel free to bring anything that you know you are incorporating into your bridal look!

  • How many guests can I bring to my appointment?

We recommend bringing no more than 3 guests to your appointment for the best experience. This allows for a more intimate and focused setting where you can receive personalized attention and feedback.

While you’re welcome to bring more, having more than 5 guests can become overwhelming. We also ask that no children accompany the bride or guests for safety reasons and to maintain a peaceful environment for all customers. We appreciate your understanding!

  • Do you offer alterations?

We do not offer in-house alterations at Premier Bridal Studio. However, we are happy to provide contact information for alteration specialists in the area who can ensure your gown fits perfectly for your big day.

  • Can I customize my wedding dress?

Many of our designers offer customization options for things like fabric changes, adding or removing details, or adjusting necklines and sleeves. We can discuss your vision during your appointment and explore these options with you. Your stylist will help you get creative!

  • Do you carry accessories like veils, belts, and jewelry?

Yes! We carry a curated selection of veils, belts, jewelry, and other accessories to complement your gown and complete your bridal look. We’ll help you find the perfect finishing touches to match your style.

  • Can I return or exchange my wedding dress?

Wedding gowns are made-to-order and are non-returnable. However, we work closely with our brides to ensure they’re fully satisfied with their selection, and we’re always happy to assist with any concerns that arise.

  • How do I care for my wedding dress after the wedding?

After your wedding, it's important to have your gown cleaned and preserved by a professional bridal cleaner. This will ensure your dress remains in excellent condition and can be cherished for years to come.
